How To Remove Smoke Odor

Make sure all of the affected materials have been removed from the building. A hot thermal fogging or an ozone machine can be used to eliminate the smoke smell.

Hot thermal fogging is typically used in attics and on exposed framing.  We can also run an ozone machine in a fully furnished room and it will not damage any of the contents.

Content Pack-Out Cleaning & Storage

Some items may need to be removed from the premises and relocated to somewhere else for full restoration. This process is known as content pack-out. Items will be photographed, inventoried and moved to another location. The content will than be cleaned and stored until the restoration of the property is complete.

Electronic Restoration

The purpose of electronic restoration services is to clean, test, repair and store the electronics that were damage in a fire, flood or construction dust.  We will be photographed, inventoried and moved them to another location. A trained recovery technician will be able to determine if equipment is damaged and should be cleaned, replaced or is in proper working order. Depending on the loss type, some or all of the equipment may have been affected.  For example, we typically see a water loss affecting about 30% of the equipment directly, while the rest may be indirect damage (high humidity, etc).  Fire or smoke damage to electronics may affect the whole area due to the permeating nature of smoke. Construction dust is another example of a loss that can affect whole area.
